Pro Tools LE 8 & EZDrummer help???

I just picked up pro tools and toontracks ezdrummer, however, it has not been an easy drummer. I finally got it to load after finding the template, but am now having the problem of dragging and dropping. It just wont. I load a stereo insturment track, pick EZDrummer as my plug-in, but nothing. I have even tried arming for record and it won't record. Only thing that works is the pencil-in option, and that is against the purpose of buying this program. BFD (which comes with pro tools free) works fine. I can drag and drop no problem... Any help on this would be MUCH appreciated. Haven't slept in 2 days getting all of this loaded and trying to figure out something as simple as drumming software...

I just purchased ezdrummer,pro tools le8, and a mac mini to solve the drag and drop problem with my windows setup. After all this I still can't drag and drop drums to track. I created a stereo track, i picked a groove in the far right and all i see is a white circle with line through it like a no smoking symbol
when I try and drag it! Any help is appreciated!!!!!!!
