 midi tracks out of sync
Ok here is the rig.. Home built recording PC W/ midrange dual core AMD cpu, 2 gig of ram, 500 G HD, Running XP ,Cubase SX3 (with all the updates) This pc is used only for recording! Alesis io|26 Audio/MIDI 24-bit/192kHz FireWire Interface, M audio Axiom 61 midi controller. When tracking a midi track it sounds fine as far as latency and timing are concerned but sometimes on play back the track will not be in sync. Maybe a little ahead maybe back? Any ideas?  |

Double click on one of your MIDI files and see if you are getting a "double hit" for every note. It's possible that disabling "MIDI thru" in Cubase will fix this. Brandon
