Hi everyone, I am desperately in need of some help with a MIDI latency problem I'm encountering. When I hit keys on my M-Audio Keystation 49e connected via USB, the sound coming through the speakers seems to have about a 200-400ms delay on it. This makes it impossible to use properly. I'm running Cubase SX3 on 32bit vista OS. However, I also only have a bog standard high definition soundcard which might not be helping. Changing parameters like the buffer rate in the ASIO menus does nothing too....gaah. Could someone shed light on this v frustrating problem? Cheers v much, Harry |

Haven't tried recording MIDI yet, depressingly haven't got that far. I will try ASIO4ALL to see if I have any joy and if not, new soundcard it is. Many thanks for your help, much appreciated! Happy recording, H |
