GigaStudio3 Sucks!

This piece of shit hasn't acted right since I bought it several years ago. The thing sound friggin' GREAT ...when it works. Tech support has had me jump thru hoops of endless reinstalls of it and My operating system which take a lot of optimizaion proceedures. Can someone recommend a simple VSTi or sampler that would be able to read all my giga soundfonts THAT WILL FUCKING WORK!! ...with cubase SX3???. I think that Giga was made to be a standalone, I don't care how many new rewire functions they've included.

I've had a lot of luck with Kontakt 2. I'm not sure if you can buy it, but for what I do Kompakt has been great. It's a super simple "lite" version, but it works great for simply triggering samples. It doesn't have all the fancy crap that Kontakt does, however.

If you are just doing drums, Battery is very reliable. That's another thought.
