Hi All,
I followed some advice given earlier and purchased EZDrummer. I quickliy unpacked it and installed it like a child on Xmas day only to find that I need a connection to the web to activate it and I just cancelled my broadband service. AAAARRRGGGGHHHHHHHH....... Still.....the box is pretty. :-( If I look at the box long enough will it magically start to work ?

But somehow you managed to post. Hmmm.
You do not need a live connection to authorize EZdrummer. You do however require a way to access the registration site to generate the response code, which can then be typed in the appropriate box in the program interface. To authorize EZdrummer on an internet free workstation: 1) start up EZdrummer and write down the Computer ID 2) Next access the server at www.ezdrummer.com from any machine connected to the internet and generate the response code using the Computer ID retrieved at step 1 3) Finally type in the response code back into EZdrummer on the workstation it is intended for |

Richiebee is right. I don't have internet on my recording computer and I've been able to register every plugin I've ever purchased. Brandon

I have access to the web from work.
EZDrummer has a wierd form of registering. It takes the name of your machine which is why I didn't think I could register from work. Strange stuff. Change the machine name and you will have to re-register. I'll follow you'r advice and see if I can get it going from work. Thanks P.S - Whats wrong with sex with prostitutes ?
