Default Addictive Drums wont play nicely with Groove Monkey.

Having been an EZDrummer user for a while, I recently 'upgraded' to Addictive Drums. Although I've had it for a few weeks already, I only really started using it seriously about 2 weeks ago.
Its an awesome program however I have run into a bit of a problem. Well its more of an irritation than a full-blown problem but it has me confused so hopefully someone can clear this up for me.
A couple of months ago I downloaded a free MIDI loop pack from Groove Monkey which I used a lot with EZD. Now that I have AD, whenever I drag and drop one of the Groove Monkey loops into my sequencer, the drums dont play right. For example, where there should be a hi hat hit there is now a snare and where there should be a snare there is a kick etc. Everything is all mixed up.
To fix this I have to open up the MIDI file and move everything around to get it working properly. However, when I save and close the program and then reopen it, everything is buggered again.
Anyone know why? How would I go about fixing this?

I used to make a drum map so that I can use GM midi drum loops with AD. If you have midi tracks with the map applied, setup in a template, when you drop the loops on it, it should play right.
