I am looking for a new ride cymbal for my studio kit.I have a Zildjian A custom 20" medium ride now.It has a lot of wash to it so I was looking for something a little more pronounced with a nice stick attack sound and less cymbal wash.Any suggestions?

Do I hear a mini-ride cymbal shootout approaching?

Can't go wrong with the Zildjian K Ride, I really like the 22", but the 20" is also great. Lovely strong bell, great stick definition, and an explosive crash/wash if and when needed. The plus for this ride is that it records really well, you'll instantly here the difference between a 20" K Ride and your A custom. |
