When I was in High School I wanted 6,8,and 10 inch concert toms like Neil Peart uses.. No cash to buy any so i enrolled in wood shop.. I learned that it's not a good idea to make drums out of mohogany on a lathe..they tend to explode before they get finished.  |

I do a lot of building and restoring. here are some pics of the set I built. I built the pink toms using keller shells, it has a matching 18" bass but just have pics with a restored 24" marching bass I added spurs too. the pink and black kit is a pearl export I redid and the black snare was my second build. It is a keller maple but sadly I sold it
