My musician friends and I came up with a unique new product for cable and cord protection after losing hundreds of dollars to people stepping all over them on the stage or in the studio!! We just set up our website in the last few weeks at:
http://www.chordsavers.com/ We have actually run over this product with a 6,000 lb. fork lift- with no damage to the cords or the ChordSaver protector. Check it out when you get a chance. Thanks, GE
