doubt there is any official standard
publishers probably have a house standard
but each may be different
and probably has changed since bachs quill pen
and gutenburgs first score
through handset type days
to electronic machines
and now current computers
you could try finale or sibelius help line and see what they use
i would just use the font my notation program defaults to
