Has anyone heard of the Music Percussion Computer that also included a ZX81/Timex 1000 Computer and a 16K Rampack that gives you 26 BARS/Measures,25 Sequences and 25 Songs? (has technology ever come a long ways since!!)i bought this back around "83 and basically forgot that i had it stored away, can't seem to find the the included small computer though, just used it a couple of times that included one of the first known consumer computers (ZX81) and i am thinking about selling it. deep thought

I have seen bands use MPC's but in the Caribbean I fee that they cheapen the music. They create the illusion that there are more instruments on stage than there really are. Some even use them to replace real instruments/musicians. Personally I feel that if they're going to do that, the artistes should just perform to the music track on CD.

M.P.C is classified as vintage gear now, wished i never bought it back then but this smooth talkin' sleazeball money hungry greedy music store salesman talked me into it back when i was just this green young innocent naive aspiring kid musician and was pretty green to technology stuff of the day,you know, trying to make my own recording etc.just to impress friends, family and the girls of course ha ha!!should have spent it maybe on studio time rather,oh well, the price of an apprenticeship and i was suckered or conned into paying over $1000.00 at that time for that thing and there went all my hard earned paper route money, that store salesman took candy from a baby and i vowed never to let that happen again but it did a few more times ha ha!!!at around the same time they came out with the tr707 etc. which i also have which are way more superior,i am talking about almost 30years ago!!!
