At first I was like "Who's R. Kelly?", then they talked about Trapped in the Closet or whatever its called, and I laughed. That was one of the stupidest things I had ever seen.

Frankly, I am not surprised that it was a Cook County (chicago, IL, where I live) judge that hasn't set a date for the trial. They tend to be kinda lenient and slow in the court process, especially with celebrities. The Chicago Bear's Defensive Tackle Tank Johnson got into some trouble and was placed under house arrest for probation violation. He was allowed, however, to travel to his place of business, as long as he didn't leave the state. Believe it or not, the Bears made it to the Super Bowl in Florida, and the judge let him leave.

OK, so he videotaped himself having sex with a minor. One question: if you have sex with a minor, isn't that statutory rape(where the DA has to charge you)? My only knowledge comes from law and order, so I am not really the smartest when it comes to rape laws. Anyways, I don't like this guy, so I wish they'd just prosecute him.

This whole Scorpions thing proves that rock died a long time ago. Manson never did anything that offensive...EVER! I can't count how many times I'd hear bands I was recording make some wuess comment about how afraid he was to do anything remotely interesting. The "please the parents" mentality of rock music in the new millenia is sickening. This album cover shows that there was once hope. If anyone says that rock ISN'T dead, they only need to see that album cover. The funny thing is the Scorpions sold gillions of records.
