Exclamation Recording Banjo.

How to ... what kind of mic or combination to use what distance etc. How to mix it later? I suspect banjo should not require much tweaking for mixing.
See list of my mics at the signature.

Thank you.

P.S. I have to record it today at 2 pm Mountain, so please help 8-)

Default Re: Recording Banjo.

Well, I've actually had good results with a vocal mic about 9" to 1' away. Nothin' special

However, mine's an open-back. If you've got a resonator, I can't be of too much help.
