Alright sports fans, the guitar forum seams to have taken off nicely, so I figured I'd give drummers, bass players, and whoever else uses this forum a chance to run their mouth.

Have at it.

Now Mr. Drury, you know as well as I know that neither drummers nor bass players have the intellect required to carry on a halfway meaningful conversation. Bass players are merely stage props anyway. Not real musicians.

Honestly, I can't argue with you. That's why I gave them their own room to play Hungry Hungry Hippos in. That way they won't distract us adults who are working on the chaos theory or trying to crack that one number that is the key to the universe.

Maybe you should put some kind of blinking lights or an amusing cartoon advertisement so that they'll stare at it in amazement and never stray over to the big kid rooms.

Man, I want to get naked with Bruce Willis.

I went through a phase about 4 years ago where I recorded a ton of synth stuff. It was just me jerking around. These days, it's fairly rare.

Well B,
I will be talking to you soon about recording my band (just a few songs for demo purposes) and will be bringing my keys along, we are kind of different with piano/keyboard based melodic rock, and look forward to seeing what we can do with it in studio.

Yeah, my husband is a bass player also, but he only does that when no one else can play. He plays all guitars though and very well I might add. He's been in many bands. I also play guitar, but I've never tackled the bass; however, it doesn't look that difficult to do.
