I'm thrilled to announce that we will have a different winner this month. A certain member has won every month but one and I was about to start throwing rocks at him. I normally wouldn't celebrate someone's demise, but he was killing my ratings (whatever that means). I was starting to suspect fowl play but I'm not even sure if they have ducks in Australia.

Congrats all. We have all sorts of ducks in Australia. Our least favourite are Golden Ducks (this will mean nothing to those who do not follow cricket!!!).
Seriously, thanks so much for the kind words Wireman, but I must say, I feel the exact same way when being paried with you!. i suppose when you get to this stage at this time of the comp, the names are looking all too familiar and even more intimidating each time!!! I really do think this month's one is wide open! Anyone's race to win here!

I have yet to see a picture of Wireman but let's just say that his name is more of a description of me! The wood duck posted by Holster would have a better chance in a fist fight.
Anyway, the first rule of SDC is that you don't talk about fist fights.... or something like that!

Wow! Holy freakin' awesome-juice Batman! I made it to the elite eight!

Don't want to jinx anything, but I'm starting to think that Jetface are a good-luck charm for me.

Like all the brackets that have ended up at the end of each month, there are some uber-fantastic mixes. I have a blast opening the tracks and mixing them, but also an equally great time just listening to all the different interpretations, getting new ideas and learning new ways of approaching this mixing thing...
