We may need a sports forum, but we definitely need a beer forum
So my IPA's are making me fat. I guess I am too old even though I am not yet 40. I eat fruit and salads, small portions, lift weights but neglect the cardio, but here I am with boobies.
So now I am switching from Ranger, Fort Collins stuff, Mojo, and going for white wine and vodka tonics. Christ.
Does anyone have a recipe for drinking and thinness?
Any musicians that watch sports? None of the ones I have known do...

When I was on a diet I drank diet coke and jack. It worked for me well. Not muchof a spots fan.

man anything diet won't fill the void in your soul you will end up craving more and gaining instead . just practice self control while enjoying the good stuff . my favorite beer = anchor steam . medium body full flavor . yum

Anchor Steam is good stuff. I just need something stronger. Just about any IPA has been the norm for me but at 230+ calories and however many grams of carbs, I have to look at the alternatives. Getting old sucks!

Cranberry has a lot of sugar. Too much juice = fat.

So what all did we learn from the grueling 12-month mixing contest known as the Slate Digital Cup?
