Some college kid will die from snorting it.

Then Congress can have a huge intellectual debate about public safety versus individual freedom.

And this will serve nicely to distract people from what is actually happening.

More proof that our schools are failing miserably in providing our children with a quality science curriculum; this product should have been invented in the US!

I love that the whole point of inventing this product was to make money on loopholes in drinking restrictions and tax laws!

Maybe there will be a powdered beer product for us fisherman who hate to lug that heavy cooler to our secret honey hole!

The difference between the US and basically every other country is that the US invokes a No Alcohol Under 21 Law. European countries legally serve mainly around 16 years old, but ask anyone who has been to europe and they will tell you if you look 16 or older, they will serve you. Since its a crime to even have in your possession under 21, US people with the free time to invent powdered beer legally can't even experiment with it. Those willing to break the law are too busy drinking the stuff to worry about making a power, and those smart enough to make the powder are not willing to break the law. So that's my reasoning be hind it. But discussing the drinking age is a whole other topic.
