Default I was looking at iTunes Reviews today...

...and There was an ad for the entire stuck in a closet series. thats when I came across this:

Now, the fact that this guy even likes R Kelly isn't the point. I can't believe that he thinks that R Kelly is the first person to tell a story with music. Sure most songs (even in some good ole rock) are about girls and don't really tell a story, but there were hundreds of artists before R. Kelly that tell stories. Basically anything in the country music genre tells a story. Then you have your epic songs, anywhere from American Pie to Tribute. Then you have your classic older

Just wanted to share my reactions and wonder what your's are. I mean, not like this guy is a real reviewer, but hey I just am dumbfounded that people out there are this stupid.

Anyone seen the "Trapped in a Closet" South Park episode? Fucking hilarious.

But I agree with you. A lot of people just hear pop music nowadays and think that that is what music is. In fact, if you listen to country, rock, folk, blues, or really any genre, there are countless stories being told, and not just "I love my woman yeah yeah yeeeeaaah" kind of stuff.
