This launch of KHR has had me MEGA excited. Now that it's happened I'm supposed to be calming down. I can't!
This week I literally slept 3 hours per day MAX. One day I was up for 24 hours, slept 15 minutes, and then just got back up for another 24 hours.
I feel perpetually tired and slightly dizzy. (Very similar to the feeling of sobering up or being hung over). I suspect I will crash out for a week pretty soon.
I thought it was my coffee intake, but I don't think so. I had a 2 day phase where I cut out coffee, but it had no effect.
The ONE thing that seems to make me pass out is a combination of overeating and watching a documentary on aviation.
Anyhow, I was just wondering if you guys had any advice on this one. I guess I could just get some sleeping pills, but I avoid pills when possible.
