Post Re: How do you record your guitars?

I use the studio headphone/record out on my Peavey VYPYR 15 practice amp. direct into my M-Audio Delta 44. It does it for me the amp is a modelling amp and can recreate many different amp sounds. I have songs on my site in my sig using it and a review of the amp. Check it out on you tube it is ideal for the bedroom.

Lightbulb Re: How do you record your guitars?

use M-Audio USB FastTrack as interface between guitar and pc, amplify through practice amp with drive/gain plus stomp boxes / pedal if required; have mic'ed amp directly ~ something which interest me for feedback.

have used bass through this set up and shaped sound through equaliser

mix/multitrack into MixCraft software
