Default [HELP] Connection for C-1 E/A

This is my Schecter C-1 E/A:

As you can see, this guitar is a bit different from your regular guitar. It has 2 outputs, one for the magnetic pickups (passive stock Duncan Designed H-H) and another for piezo (active RMC, which is powered by a 9V batt). Both have their own volume and tone knobs. I can play through the mags output without putting in the battery, means they are wired separately.

The problem is, currently I can only play using either one of the pickups. It's very frustrating and annoying to pull out the jack and insert it into another just to change between them in the middle of the set. BTW, i'm using a mono rig now. I was told that I can actually blend both of the signals but I don't know how.....

I have never used a setup like this but I believe the point is that you would usually use different amps with each sound. You could wire in one of your tone knobs as a pan knob selecting one or both in varying degrees.

Are you looking to rewire the guitar (I'd be slightly apprehensive about that) or are you looking for an external solution?

There are many A/B boxes that let you select both A and B at the same time. The only hassle is you'd need to run both cables out the of the guitar simultaneously.
