good response blindfinger, theory and practice are very important. The learning curve gets shorter when you can hear what you are trying to do, but obviously work and study are an important part of the equation once you have a foothold.

The personal satisfaction is very important, but remember that your crowd might be just as happy with Smoke on the Water.
