These are rough - more in the demo phase...
Over & Over - rough, there is some other guitar "noise" that got in when bouncing down, don't know what it is?? Bassline is a rough idea and platyed through just once to keep the idea. (at 0:40, you'll hear some vocal-tracking humor) Seems So Logical - most of this is "keeper" - but the drums are being re-done. Hope ya'll like em... Last edited by akg414 : 07-17-2008 at 03:10 PM. |

I like both of these a lot.. Great guitar work on both tracks. The second one, Seems Logical, sounds like it's not a demo at all, but closer to a finished track! That's definitely a big plus!

I really enjoyed both of these songs - Good job! Are these going on the same album? What I really miss from modern albums is this kind of variety...It's about time someone brought it back, 'cause I'm sick of buying albums with 12 or 13 versions of the same song! By the way I really liked the guitar tone on "Seems so Logical"...What were you using?

I also saw them WITH the Galactic Cowboys in New Jersey. They're one of my favorites. And Scott (the singer you're hearing) does a great job. Our writing is always in sync with each other. We're finishing up the tracks on our CD - and Logical is next week actually. Those tracks you're hearing are from last year when we were demoing things. And there's plenty more where these came from! I'll post as I make rough mixes. |

![]() Thanks a lot. This means a lot to us. One thing we pride ourselves in - is the fact that we have variety. I agree 100% about today's albums are just 12 songs of the same damn song, hook, riff, harmonies, formula. I'll post another two - to add even more variety. |
