Default Two More Secret System Songs To Bash

These are rough - more in the demo phase...

Over & Over - rough, there is some other guitar "noise" that got in when bouncing down, don't know what it is?? Bassline is a rough idea and platyed through just once to keep the idea. (at 0:40, you'll hear some vocal-tracking humor)

Seems So Logical - most of this is "keeper" - but the drums are being re-done.

Hope ya'll like em...

I like both of these a lot.. Great guitar work on both tracks. The second one, Seems Logical, sounds like it's not a demo at all, but closer to a finished track! That's definitely a big plus!

Dude, you gotta get me a copy of your disc when its done! I really like your music...

"Over and over" sounds a little like Moody Blues (are you old enough to know who they are?), to me. It doesn't sound quite done, but I like what you've got; I'm sure you can flesh it out nicely...

"Seems so... " strongly reminds me of Galactic Cowboys, or even a smidge like Kings X. Two of my favorite bands! Personally, I'd like to hear fuller harmonies, but what you've got is working pretty well, as is.

If you've never heard the album, "Gretchen Goes To Nebraska", by Kings X, go download it NOW!

I really enjoyed both of these songs - Good job! Are these going on the same album? What I really miss from modern albums is this kind of variety...It's about time someone brought it back, 'cause I'm sick of buying albums with 12 or 13 versions of the same song! By the way I really liked the guitar tone on "Seems so Logical"...What were you using?

I hung with Ty in Ohio. My friends band opened for them, so we got the treat of spending the day along side them hanging, talking, drinking. Ty hung with us until 3:30 am telling us about how they rode in a helicopter during Woodstock 94'.

I also saw them WITH the Galactic Cowboys in New Jersey. They're one of my favorites. And Scott (the singer you're hearing) does a great job. Our writing is always in sync with each other. We're finishing up the tracks on our CD - and Logical is next week actually. Those tracks you're hearing are from last year when we were demoing things.

And there's plenty more where these came from! I'll post as I make rough mixes.

Over & Over might be released as a "Fringle" (Free Single - yes we made up a word!) for download. But Logical and the others will be on our self titled debut album "The Secret System" - (the name of our band) and just like Black Sabbath, we have a song called The Secret System

Thanks a lot. This means a lot to us. One thing we pride ourselves in - is the fact that we have variety. I agree 100% about today's albums are just 12 songs of the same damn song, hook, riff, harmonies, formula.

I'll post another two - to add even more variety.
