    Default Snowflakes on the Mountain

    Hi,

hope you are all well here?

We´ve recorded a Christmas Song. It´s some kind of Country Pop, so I would say. So it´s modern Country. I´ve posted the Song in an other Strand and I got the review, that the Drums are not loud enough . OK, that´s not so good, my mistake .

But I would be delighted if anyone here has an other suggestion on this Song. It´s just... I´m writing Songs for quiet a while, but I´ve never recorded them. So I am a recording starter and try to improve my skills and learn.

And getting feedbacks is one way . So I would be delighted if some people could have a listen and tell me what you think. Thank you so much

I like it. I agree that the drums are to soft. The idea is clever and I enjoyed how the different vocalists traded lines. The ending is also very effective. I would only suggest introducing the merry christmas section without the spoken parts earlier in the song along with increasing the level of the drums. Good luck and Merry Christmas. John

Lead guitar had a little too much drive for me. Like the harmonies. Song is okay, playing is good, singing is good. After a second listen, I think the guitar is just playing a predictable scale a little bit too fast. The sound is okay but the playing could use some polishing. Other than that I liked it. Keep at it guys, sounds like your having fun with it. Third listen, the piano has this appregiated feel during the first verse that kindof takes the focus off of the vocals which is where it should be. Try and keep the playing simple during the verse and if you want a breakdown with no lyrics to mess around with, go ahead, but I just dont think it belongs.
