Recording Review-Rap/Hip Hop
all right, i just wanna get an ida of what i'm doing right/wrong in this recording mix...it was recorded at home with an AKG perception 100 microphone and a Native Instruments audio interface...the second guy actually used a headset mic...I use adobe audition to mix...oh yeah track isn't mastered either tell me how the mixing sounds and advice on what i could do to improve it...thanks

The vocals have quite a bit of upper mids. It's not bad. I think it works for the song.
I could see the girls shaking their ass to this one. Good job. Brandon

I feel like the vocals are too loud in the mix and theres not enough bass on them. A little too much high mids.

okay, too many high-mids not enough bass...got ya'll i'll mess around with the equalizer...thanks for the advice guys
