 This is probably an easy target
I'm not even remotely into the country sound but I was playing around with some new equipment (Variax 700, Sonar 7, Motu Ultralite, Jamstix 2.4) and just wanted to try to get a fairly clean mix. My stuff is usually pretty muddy. This may be too....any opinions ? I've never uploaded a song here and wanted to see if I understand the process. If this doesn't work right, sorry.

Sounds really good It may be a little muddy but to me it sounds pretty clear. If you clean it up too much it starts to sound harsh. Drums sound pretty generic but that may be what you are aiming for... Nice mix!

Nice job, I have recorded alot of stuff in this style. I will come up with a catchy underlying riff first then lay down some lead over it. I just wish I could find homes within completed songs for these recordings.
