Default first song i've ever finished

been recording in my bedroom for a while now, finally got enough motivation to finish a song that i started a couple of days ago, 'av a bash

Very nice sound. Nice chord structure. Good orchestration. If anything, I'd bring up the lead vocal a bit and turn down the reverb a little. Enjoyed listening.

That's f'ing good ... very sexy. I want to eat it up.

Here's what I don't like about it:

the fuzz in the background, most noticeable at the begining and end of the song

:40 secs - the word "filled" starts with some kind of hic-up, distortion or some other type of noise

3:24 two vocal parts sound well blended at first; then they push in different directions and the upper part becomes terribly isolated and prominent, changing from essentially a bg vocal and overtaking the lead; this change in is a little jarring; perhaps easing the volume down on the top part would work; [obviously a subjective comment]

3:58: the pop noise when singing the B consonant (happens twice); either back off the mic, get a pop filter or sing it differently

cheers for the comments guys, spinningdisk could you elaborate on that a bit more? which part used too much reverb?
