Default "The Brave Little Toaster"- Death Metal Style

This song was an obscenely fun one to track, the clip in the beginning is from "The Brave Little Toaster" when the airconditioner got mad and exploded in the wall. Please, comment on the mix and performance. The lyrics are original material by Gregory Tomao (me) and Kenneth Matson. Enjoy! Here they are:

(Dual Screams of Doom)
Flying shrapnel, molten metal, waiting for the dust to settle
Air conditioner apocalypse, armadeddon from his grated lips
You idiotic vacuum cleaner, stupid lamp and radio
That toaster's gotta broken heater, the blankets plagued with necromold!
This cottage will burn like napalm death
Icy demon coolant breath
Keep the realtors far away
In arctic glaciers forever stay
These walls will quake, these walls will bend
Turn my fan speed up to ten
Rob was too short to reach my dials
This day is mine I shalt defile! (I shall defile!)

Master's never coming (NEVER COMING BACK!) x 4

(Solo)

Innocent as little children, waiting in appliance stores
Preparing to consume great wattage,
Take us off the showroom floor
Doomsday shall commence my children!
Doomsday's coming as we speak
Plug us in and pay attention
A single spark destroys the weak
Our plugs are grounded, triple pronged
Like picthforks sent from Kenmore hell
We rise like zombies from the grave
To feast upon your metal shells
It is our duty to destroy, freon spreading like disease
We shall all be free!

the bass seems too loud. the guitars are kind of buried. the mids on the guitar could be raised some it sounds a little digital and cheap like a pod. the drums sound pretty good. snare could be louder. overall a pretty good job though if i say so myself. im no expert by any measure i was just commenting mainly on the mix. good job though

Thanks, I used the "most ridiculous fizzy mid-scooped" death metal patch, to exaggerate how ridiculous the song is. I'll work on it.

ya, dude im a metal fan myself. And all in all it was pretty METAL!!! lol
But i think as far as the mix goes, the guitar and everything needs to be wider... like more expanded, Did you double take the guitars? If not you can just do some widening on a plug-in of some sort.

When i get time, ill put one of my bands songs on... its just not as hard... lol
