Good god, is that really you shredding the guitar? That is some insane skill. I'm a big fan of the two songs I've heard from you so far.

Nice sounds. I still cant figure out why some attatched songs need windows media player to listen and others work on the site location player. This really bugs me, do you know ?

ya, im not real sure.. I think it has to do with the file hosting and the forum.. stashbox.org makes a little player button on the reaper forum but not this one.

I think it's off to a great start, but it feels kinda muddy in the mids, perhaps that the compression doing it's job too well, but overall it feels like it could have a lot more clarity. Overall it feels like everything is muffled, like I'm listening to it from the next room with the door shut.

Perhaps just take a look at getting some treble back into it?

....& hence my forum name...Listening to this stuff makes me feel very insecure as a guitarist! You obviously have your stuff together - very nice sounds - I love the bass tone you're getting - it's huge! Although I agree with the comment about the mid-range. I think perhaps the rhythm guitars being quite a 'scooped' type sound could do with a little less bottom end & a tad more midrange - keep the character of the sound intact, but stop it fighting for space in the mix with that huge bass. Great stuff!
