Good song and performance,the only think I could suggest is to maybe play along with a metronome or some other drum beat to tighten up the timing in the performance a bit.
You could mix it into your head phones so it wouldn't be recorded.
Not that it is out of time or anything like that,but it might give you a little more polished performance.
Performing a slow song like that is a lot harder then most people think

Hey, Charlie,

I like the intimate sound and feel of the guitar. Good work.

I'd roll back on the vocal reverb just a touch; a little too wet for "an intimate setting." Just a touch.

As RS said, there are some timing issues. Yeah, in an intimate setting with just vocal and acoustic guitar you can get away with some timing changes or freeform, but I think too much of it can be distracting.

I believe this is happening because you are fingerpicking. It can be tough to sing and fingerpick in a stable tempo. If you were strumming it can be a little easier to keep time.
