What's a room mic supposed to sound like?
That's a bullshit question. There are no rules.
Let's post a bunch of our room mics we've recorded just to compare them. Feel free to talk about how you used them in a mix or even post a clip of the final mix itself.
The idea here is to give some perspective on what room mic tracks you've recorded, if you liked them, and what role they played in the mix. I understand that not all of us have good rooms and that's okay.
This is more of a thread for helping beginners than anything.
