Do you mean you're loading the gband session in logic, or the finished audio file?
If you load the gband session it, it may sound different if you have 'all' checked in your latency preferences.
If your loading in the finished audio file, i can't imagine why it would sound different, unless you're loading in an mp3 version, in which case logic resamples it to match the session settings.
Have you tried loading it into waveburner?
