Default Re: what are you running on your DAW? for software?

Dach- sorry to hear logic wasn't good for you, but thats really what its about isn't it? Who needs all these plug-ins and what not, You can get most of the really simple ones that come with plug-ins for free anyway... If you look hard enough. Oh, and most of those demos for plug-ins actually work as well as the real thing as long as they aren't that "ends in 15 days" crap. I use logic cause I run off a mac and have been for my life basically. I've been forced to work with other things that mac takes it into there hands to customize so logic comes pretty easily to me. Also I got express which is something like 300 bux compared to pros 1000 bux. And I got it shipped to my a college office of someone I know so I got it for half off because of "educational prices". $150 for a damn good program sounds like a good deal to me! I would enjoy pro because of its capability to run more tracks, but I'm not running over 12 yet anyway so its not a big deal.
