The version that came with my Zoom H4 is. You just have to upgrade to the lastest version of Cubase LE.
http://www.steinberg.net/index.php?id=880&L=1 - Don't know if this will work for you but in the release notes it says it is fully Vista compatible. My problem is I can't get the initial install to work. It crashes during the install so I can't even do the upgrade to make it stable. Oh well.
