Default Re: Problems with Lambda/Cubase LE4

Hi:
Thanx for the reply. Still no luck>

Anyhow, I hit F4
On the VST-Connections page under "Inputs" the "Audio Device" is listed as "Lambda ASIO", and the "Device Ports" are "1-2 In/Out 2" for "Left" and "1-2 In/Out 1" for "Right"; under "Outputs" the "Audio Device" is "Lambda ASIO" and the "Device Ports" are "1-2 Out 1" for "Left" and "1-2 Out 2" for "Right".

To try to record, I took the following steps:

1)I've opened Cubase

2)I've clicked on File<New Project

3)I've selected "default" inthe New Project Widow

4)I've created a New Folder to store the project on a separate external Hard Drive

5)I've clicked Project>Add Track>Audio

6)I've selected "count1" "Configuration mono" and "speakers M" from the Add Audio Track Window

7)In the Inspector,I've clicked the "Left -Stereo In" box and selected "Stereo In-Left" for the track input source. The record buttons are lit.

8)I've connected my mic to the mic 1 input of the Lambda.
When I test it the meters in the lambda repond and I can hear myself in the headphones.

9)I,ve clicked on the record button on the Transport control. After a few seconds a line starts to move across the middle of the screen and the area just to the left of the screen turns red. I speak into the mic, I once again hear myself in the headphones. Nothing registers on the screen

10) I click stop, rewind , and then play. Nothing.

Thanx again for your time and patience
