T7:So your hearing the input. You have a control panel for your hardware?

BG:If you mean a physical control panel, with input and output volume controls and a levels meter on the audio interface hardware, yes.

T7:There's usually a way to send the instrument your playing into cubase, then in cubase you have to tell cubase to use the asio driver that came with your hardware.

You choose device setup on the device menu to choose your driver then vstconnections on the device menu to setup a bus to control what comes into cubase.

BG: I may be wrong, but I think I've done this correctly (please see previous post)


T7:Then on an actual audio track you choose a bus that you setup as an input, then it should record from your hardware.

BG:If you mean choosing in the Inspector the track input source, yeah , I think I did that too...
