yeah i've got an EB-0 and I will say go for something with two pick ups becuase i wish i had gone for the EB-3.I miss having the range from two pickups, as a player i think it's worth any extra money.
Best advice is go into the shop and have ago. Get them to show you both active and passive basses but make sure you're comfortable on the one you choose.
