I just got a keyboard from my friend, so I've been messing around with it. This is what I did in the last hour or so. It's pretty freaking cool! (I'm new to keyboards).
I do like how the keyboard is designed. It's actually not too hard to figure out for a guitarist like me. I mean, a major scale is just the white notes it seems... which is easier than it is on guitar
Power-like chords are just skip notes (1-3-5 I guess). So, coming up with melodies and basic chords on the keyboard is actually not too bad. The guy who designed it was pretty smart
Anyway, here is my little tune that I messed around with this last hour. I think it sounds pretty good for a guitar player who doesn't know how to play keyboard
(And don't let the notes fool you - they were quantized and edited!)
