It's a good idea not only because of the RAM issue but the sound of the drums changes when all bleeds are enabled... you can always change something later and rebounce if needed... I like to bounce, do a "pre-mix" on the drums and then track/re-track instruments... It does affect how I mic other instruments a bit...
