 MIDI with Firestudio Tube
Does anyone know how to set up MIDI with the firestudio tube? Ableton Live and Cubase do not seem to recognize the MIDI channels. I can set the firestudio tube as my midi input and output device, but when I go to select the channel, my only options are 1-16. There is no option for a MIDI channel.
If you have one of the other firestudios and you know how to do it with that, it might be the same, I'm not sure.
It might be a setting with ableton and cubase that I am missing, because I looked in the firestudio manual and all it says is what the MIDI connection is/does, but not how to set it up (therefore I am thinking all you have to do is plug the cables in)
