It really depends on what you are trying to record.
If you want to do drums then i wouldnt settle for anything less than 4 simultaneous inputs for recording. Im not saying you can not get a good drum sound with less but it is more difficult to control the sound of the drum set itself. I have never personally had experience with either the interface or the mics but i have heard good things about those mics and i almost bought them myself but i found a different set. But basically it depends on what you are going for. What programs are you using?
