Keep in mind also, that using the dither plug-in is crucial to avoiding distortion when you are mixing down to MP3 format. Open the VST Audio Channel Settings dialogue. Open the eight channel and set it to the Mastering/Dither plug-in. You'll need to set it to 16 output bits (for CD mp3). I've left dither level at hi. Make sure to use the insert in the eight channel/bucket in the VST Audio Channel settings dialog. In Cubase 4, the plug-in called UV22HR. I think the name may be a slight bit different in earlier versions, but it still follows the convention of starting with UV.
