You should contact Alesis. I was able to get a free version LE4 from Lexicon when I told them I upgraded to Vista.

LE4 is a fantastic upgrade (Cubase Essential really) from the old LE, even for people using XP.

I'm sure the drivers are available from the Alesis website but you have to register even to look at their site so I am never sure about anything Alesis related.
