If you are trying to export an entire session, the simplest way is probably an OMF export. Another route is to save an archive in a new folder. Then you can simply move that folder to another computer. When you open the Cubase file you'll have to tell Cubase where the new audio folder is but that's no big deal.
The issue of combining computers is one we get here often and to my knowledge no one has made any ground with it.
