You may have been unluckey enough to try be making one when i was changing the main database. But even then it should have loaded.

Box highlighted in red? I don't see that. I am using Mozilla Firefox and I tried it on Internet Explorer, same result on both- I click submit and nothing happens, I filled out all the required information.
