The Emu 404 usb is a good one too.

I didn't know the mo6 had the cubase integration. I read about that for the Motif line.
It sounds great.
Instead if running midi out to the synth and then audio back into the DAW for each track it should work as a simple VST plugin.
I suppose it will still be limited by the total polyphony of the Mo6.
