after calling GoDaddy a couple times they were able to walk me through it so now the site is up (even if it's not really done yet)
www.creteband.com check it out. I don't know much about website building but the people at godaddy.com were very helpful, and the service wasn't that expensive, I recommend it for anyone that wants to make a website and is on a budget.
