I've got a MO-6, and it stores sequences, but it is NOT intuitive, requires specific USB backup criteria, and is basically a pain in the ass. But, if you can get the 12-step (literally) push-button menu sequence down, yes, you should be able store those sequences to a format Cubase can recognize.
