Okay, this is a common thing when dealing with hardware synths in a virtual world.
If you are recording your MIDI data into Cubase LE and then running it out to trigger sounds in your synth the solution is semi-time consuming but easy. You need to solo a MIDI track and run the audio out of your synth into the audio ins of your audio interface.
If you are using a sequencer built into your synth (if you have one) then there is no good way to do it because the tracks won't be in sync.
