I have dfh in my studio but never use it on recordings just for songwriting or for a meter.I think if you pan off some of that tamborine/bongo percussion stuff hard l&r it will open the track up a bit. Also pan those guitars.Everthing sounds good just a little lifeless to much of a perfect drum meter no groove.I think the eq and mix are fine just spread out the mix a little more to give it air.Other than that this is a nice sounding track as is.Good Job!
yah i panned two of the bongo's hard left and right. and the dominant ones on the mids. i also panned the guitars hard left and 70 right. i guess it still didnt do it. i'll do all of your suggestions later. maybe the guitars arent that spread coz i used guitar rig for this and it doesnt give any much difference from left to right coz it's kinda too perfect unlike real amp recording that has more sound variations in it. i'l probaly use my live setup next time...or not if im too lazy...heheh. by the way i've seen your studio before rockerdude. are you the one on youtube. you have an x3 live too right?? and a variax?? correct me if im wrondg i'm an x3live user too. thanks man!!!!!

dude! this is one my faaavoorite songs ever. you got the rhythm guitar part sounding great if you added an acoustic it would sound almost identical. nice job.
yah. i would have put an acoustic if i had mine here.hehe. its busted so im gonna have to borrow from one of my friends. i'm gonna put it on the next mix. i'm planning to do it today so you'd probably see the post by tomorrow or the next. thanks man!!!!!

I'm in agreement with rockerdude...Open up the track with a wider stereo spread. The tune has a lot of potential.
